While we are thankful that you took the time to share your feedback so that we may improve, without any details surrounding your claims/comments, we find it hard to address your concerns. We only go to customer's homes when they agree to an appointment with us. Our appointment vetting and confirmation process is quite stringent to ensure that we are not wasting our time, or that of the customer. Our representatives are trained to accept a "no" as graciously as they accept a "yes". Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The culture of ImproveIt! is unlike anywhere else. It truly feels like a family, and the opportunity for growth and career advancement is unmatched. The financial compensation is excellent!

The culture is very fun and uplifting, we all have goals, and everyday is a chance to get better, the camaraderie is great, we all make jokes with each other and we have teams nights so even tho we all started as strangers we’re all a very close and tight nit group

Cons

Knocking doors that’s the only con just because it’s an entry level position but I believe it’s apart of the process to have a career and be something more for yourself within the company, because we like to grow from within and the company just keeps growing
