Pros
This company is very much customer service oriented. From the top to the bottom the main goal is take care of both internal and external customers. There is lots of room to grow and invest your time into a career that would apply to the hospitality and restaurant industry. The time spent there is well worth in and the return you receive from being an exemplary Associate does not go unnoticed in this company. Everyone in the company is nice and helpful; they all want each other to succeed which is nice especially in this type of job market.
Cons
There isn't much negatives. This company does do a great job of taking care of their Associates and protecting them at the same time. There are some internal bureaucratic events that may occur, but that's everywhere. Opportunity is all out there at this company and they reward those who stick with them even if there is a longer timeline associated with it.
