      The patients and families are the pros

      Cons

      Disorganized, lack of planning for most situations, schedule is a total disaster, upper management is not there for case management and growth of their clinicians, the clinic (Windchime location) is always out of necessities such as toilet paper.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
