BCBA support is always available, Good BT training program, opportunities to advance, great community amongst RBTs, management will work with you when going through a personal crisis, client's safety is prioritized.
Cons
Insurance is a bit expensive per week, PTO is earned slowly, there is not always coverage and can cause reduced hours, a lot of rule changes for client play items (no squishy balls, removed big trampoline, no yoga balls, no orbees, no bikes)
