      Having great upper management team that is always willing to listen and support you is a great feeling. Working with a team that works together as a team and does their part to make sure our center is successful. Everyone working together to achieve the same goal is a great feeling.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
