      Cons

      The work can be challenging to keep up at the rate of growth that is occurring, especially as we work on better streamlining processes for scalability. This will be a constant area for improvement opportunities as any company continues to grow. The upside is that it keeps work challenging and energizing.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
