      Pros

      InBloom is a company that is expanding and willing to make changes to provide the best quality of services. In my short time at InBloom, I have always felt respected and appreciated.

      Cons

      The one major con with InBloom is time off. We are only given 6 holidays and 2 weeks of PTO. There is a lot of burns out in this field and I wish we had more time to help with the burn out.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
