      chill environment with great people they teach how I can handle my own class schedule

      Cons

      pay check issues they sometimes late the time and I had to make sure the amount is right enough as my working hours

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
