Pros

Good company to start with first entering ABA. They have good hands on training that assists new RBTs to feel more competent, so they're not just thrown to the wolves with their first client. Good overall communication and support.

Cons

Lower pay than other companies. I suppose it is the cost of hand holding. There is a cap of $22 for RBTs at this company. Once you reach it, you cannot receive a higher wage, no matter how long you stay. High turn over. They train a lot of new RBTs so they will always have people willing to work for the lower wage. High turn over doesn't seem to bother them.

Pros

The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

Cons

Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
