      The collaboration with the team was sometimes helpful.

      Cons

      The management at InBloom was awful. There was no real teamwork, the environment was extremely toxic, and you never knew what you were going to get from day to day.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
