Pros
I originally started at InComm as an Intern. The internship program is excellent and provided ample opportunity to learn new skills. The transition to full-time was messy but it happened. The two managers I worked with were easy-going and flexible if I had something come up outside of work. The full-time benefits are pretty good with many offerings. Many excellent senior engineers to learn from. My local office was very open to new technology and ideas. Everybody I worked with was very approachable. InComm as a company is doing well and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Cons
What ultimately caused me to leave was choices made by management outside my local office. It is unfortunate, but common for upper management to act very poorly and, as others have said seemingly immaturely.
