Pros
I'm reminded of the opportunity to make my mark here every day. With so many passionate and smart people, and more coming monthly I am constantly challenged to raise my game. I feel like InContext allows me to stretch myself and my skills constantly and learn how to work in a very efficient, fast paced environment. It's taken a while for InContext to realize its dream but all the positives over the last 15 months lead me to believe it has real staying power. We are definitely a company to watch in the next 18 months, we are on a roll as our software products/solutions storm the market. I would disagree that they pay is low. If you work hard, display the courage to lead and take some risks then you're well compensated here and rewarded with the upside potential. Change is constant here and the performance ethic is starting to take hold, it's great to see.
Cons
You can't hide here, which is definitely a con for some, but you shouldn't be able to. If you're looking for a 9-5 job that you don't want to invest yourself in, then this isn't for you. The career path isn't laid out and static or carved in stone like it is at other places I've been, and if you don't like designing yourself into new roles as they open up then this isn't the company for you. Change is constant and there isn't a lot of tolerance for whining or complaining without coming up with solutions to the status quo/problems.
