Pros

Free lunch on Tuesdays, and pantry of snacks

Cons

Everything. Workload was immense, pay rate was low, yearly increase was low, and too much focus on evaluations. They ding you for every small mistake made and hang it over your head. They make it hard for you to succeed. This job will suck the life out of your soul. If you really need a job, take this and use it as a stepping stone into something better. Get out as quickly as possible because this place is absolutely awful.

Thank you so much for providing your feedback. We are happy that you found the free weekly lunch and snacks provided as a positive aspect of our environment. These costs are definitely not a normal part of most company budgets, but our team members really appreciate them so we assure that it is line item each year when we forecast our annual costs. We do acknowledge that we have a fast pace environment as we’ve experienced a lot of growth recently. We add a number of new customers each day due to the quality of our services. Word is quickly spreading that InMotion is a leader in the web hosting and design industry and as such, our new customer base and the number of existing customer that renew with us is positively impacted. - Our Sales department is expanding to account for the increase in customer volume. We recently hired a Sales Team Lead and have 2 openings due to growth. - In March 2016 we updated the Sales compensation structure to ensure our employees are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. - Sales team members received a base increase and their commission program was restructured. Top performers are pacing to earn $60,000 this year. - All team members are eligible for profit sharing twice yearly; with payouts ranging between 2-10% of their annual base. We acknowledge and respect that this environment was not a fit for you. But we really do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We always assess input for opportunities to improve, as we want InMotion to be a positive experience for all team members. If you have any further feedback or questions for us, feel free to contact us at hr@inmotionhosting.com.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and are glad to hear that you experienced many opportunities. We strive to provide resources and opportunities for our team members to grow their career. We assess compensation bands and bonus plans on a regular basis to make sure our compensation is reflective of individual performance and cost of living changes. We also look at external market compensation rates to assess how IMH aligns with other companies. We understand that the company’s success is due to the tremendous effort our team members put into their work daily. As a way of saying “Thank you” to our team, we have a Profit Sharing program that provides payouts twice a year based on company profits, team member performance, and length of service. We are also proud to offer a benefits package that includes medical and dental benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, life insurance coverage and 401(k) savings plan with company match opportunities. Some additional benefits include tuition and certification reimbursement, additional paid time off to volunteer in the community, paid parental leave, and others. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and we appreciate your years of service. Please feel free to reach out to recruiters@inmotionhosting.com if you have any additional feedback.
