Not only do we have our standard benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off, but we also offer additional benefits to create a more comprehensive and competitive package. We offer profit sharing, paid time off to volunteer in your community, parental leave, a floating holiday to be used at team member’s discretion, and a Professional Development program which reimburses eligible team members for tuition and certification expenses. Annually, we review position compensation bands, administer base increases related to performance, and review our benefits packages to ensure we are offering benefits our team member’s value.
As we continue to look for opportunities to improve, you may have seen that our benefits broker recently conducted an anonymous survey among team members in an effort to assess potential enhancements to our benefits packages. We take those responses into consideration along with any cost savings efforts we may be able to offer to our team members when assessing our benefit offerings for the upcoming year.
