We assess compensation bands, individual base rates, and bonus plans on a regular basis to make sure our compensation is reflective of individual performance and cost of living changes. We focus on providing a broad total compensation package which includes medical benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, community engagement paid time off and 401K savings plan with company match opportunities. Recently, we completed an employee benefit survey where we explored additional benefit offerings that our team members were interested in. As a result, we were able to expand our benefit offerings by launching additional supplemental benefits including Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity coverage.
