We assess compensation bands and bonus plans on a regular basis to make sure our compensation is reflective of individual performance and cost of living changes. We also look at external market compensation rates to assess how IMH aligns with other companies. We understand that the company’s success is due to the tremendous effort our team members put into their work daily. As a way of saying “Thank you” to our team, we have a Profit Sharing program that provides payouts twice a year based on company profits, team member performance, and length of service.
