Compensation bands are reviewed regularly based on position and increases are administered to base pay related to performance on an annual basis. We aim to provide our team members with a broad compensation package that includes medical benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, and a 401K savings plan with company match opportunities. In addition to these benefits, we also offer paid time off to volunteer in your community, parental leave, a floating holiday to be used at team member’s discretion, a Professional Development program which reimburses eligible team members for tuition and certification expenses, as well as a flexible work environment where most team members are able to work fully remote. We take into account the anticipated contact volume for phone calls, tickets and live chats when creating schedules and review that data regularly for any longer term trends when determining staffing needs for our customer facing teams. During times when volume may be slower than expected, our team members are encouraged to participate in continuing education courses, mentoring other team members, and contributing to internal help articles. Our TimeBack program also gives team members the ability to raise their hand to log off early in times of low volume. Our leadership at all levels also continues to grow in their abilities to support each team member through ongoing training and development on a range of topics such as performance management, employment law and professionalism in the workforce. We have also committed to diversity and inclusion efforts through company-wide training, internal analysis of DE&I factors to ensure fairness in advancements, hires, and compensation, and a dedicated employee-run committee to help identify areas of improvement.
