Pros
The people are the only reason I lasted so long. Great team full of smart and motivated people.
Cons
They prefer to promote from external than within. Leadership is often out of the office, conveniently on fridays. Their work from home policy is a complete joke - once you pick your day there is zero flexibility. They try to keep you happy with 'gifts' including food truck lunches, free events, and drinking on friday afternoons but everyone works more than 40 hours a week and is miserable. If you are a good worker, they give you more accounts and if you are a slacker you are rewarded because no one has time to deal with you. People don't get fired because they need bodies to fill clients and trainings with, meanwhile sales is pouring new clients in. The software is filled with bugs and the support team in India is understaffed so you spend most of your day trying to get tickets taken care of. Run far far away.
