Working at inSynchcs is fantastic. Human Resources does an excellent job with the First Day training and set-up of your new role. (Great swag bags) She has an Open-Door policy and unlike other places, she means it, she is genuinely supportive of all of the employees. The work is hard and at times, a lot (like all work) but each manager assigns a “mentor” and other employees are happy to jump in and help. This is a home away from home, and the managers and other employees really try to create a positive, warm space for one another. Fido Friday’s, Food Truck Friday’s, Car detailing offered helps the work-week flow and at times, there are primo seats to Football and Hockey games. The Holiday Party is a first-class experience. Leadership, this piece is very important to me, the leadership team definitely states that they ARE in fact, approachable…if an issue comes up, they are quick to problem solve WITH you. They provide the tools to the managers to succeed within the company and yes, there are opportunities of growth. I’ve worked several places where you are just a number, not at inSynchcs.
