Pros
The company culture is some of the best i have ever experienced, people will go out of their way to help their teammates, Food Truck Fridays, happy hours in and out of the office from time to time, being able to bring in your dogs on Fridays. Good atmosphere to come into the office into that makes you want to work hard, the WFH policy has been modified to adapt to the times creating some needed flexibility.
Cons
The benefits have been difficult to deal with no 401k matching until very recently, PTO has been awful with 6 hours accumulating per pay period. The fact that there isn't a strategic plan for growth and development in certain departments, lack of transparency within and out of departments. (specifically having to find out through the grapevine who isn't on the team instead of being told directly). Not having a real plan in place to grow and develop has caused a mass exodus of people leaving, so many people have left due to overwhelming workloads that have gotten to the point that they no longer want to be a part of something that is causing so much stress without any strategic plan to create relief.
