Pros
- Small company, so individual responsibility is high. - Cool and diverse projects, lots of learning opportunity if self-motivated - Fast paced, always a reason to want to come in - Great people - Awesome facilities and tools
Cons
- Difficult CEO, although he is interesting and smart if able to warm up to you. Do not work here if you don't have a thick skin with managers. - Fast paced atmosphere, projects get started, turned around, and terminated everyday - Lacking sufficient technical staff, although this is quickly improving
