      1. Flexi Benefits Salary Structure 2. Location (Udyog Vihar 4, GGN) 3. Flexi Timings 4. WFHs(again depends on project as well) 5. Its a startup, without money crunch Regular Town Halls are the best as it provides platform for the employees to open up and speak their heart out in front of higher Management.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
