Pros

In hand salary pay out is great. 100% variable amount was also paid. Variable was given to employees serving notice period as well. Which even many giant MNCs won't do. Leave policy was good. 18 Earned leaves are provided. Witnessed Quarterly free health check ups. Quarterly townhalls with CEO. You can discuss any issue or topic with the CEO openly. All my PF redressals are handled perfectly. Tie ups with learning sites like Gartner are available. Toastmasters club is present which gives good chance to develop interpersonal skills. All the festivals are celebrated with themes and competitions. HR Ruben helped me a lot while I was hospitalized with emergency. He took extra efforts with Insurance companies during the weekends to get me cashless treatment. Basic amenities like tea, coffee and biscuits are free. They have World class giants like Verizon, Qualcomm, Cetera, CITI bank as clients. CEO has a great vision. He is clear on his objectives. He is optimistic and have an ear for employees concerns. He is very much reachable.

Cons

I cannot comment on others experiences. I had the best and beautiful period at Incedo. They gave me all the chances to grow. Even waived off my Notice period on my request. If there is something really lacking we have to give time because Incedo is still growing. I wish one day I will return to Incedo again.

Pros

Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

Cons

Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
