Pros
The work environment is very flexible and my manager is very understanding. I am someone who gets motivation by learning new things and doing something creative everyday ! I feel Incedo is the right place for me. Amazing leadership and great employee friendly policies. it’s transparent work culture, everyone is so approachable !
Cons
My experience with Incedo is really good, no cons as such but certainly every company has areas of improvement. To my mind having more projects will really help the company in long term !
