Pros
- Company promotes training and you will be requested to do lots of training but will never be given chance to work on those technologies so these trainings are waste. - You will be asked if you are comfortable in the evening shift and after you join there is a chance that your project is changed because of client pressure. - Company promotes Employee First (but only on paper. it's client and money first ALWAYS)
Cons
- As you move forward you will realize everything is hollow from inside. No initiative, no option to change your project, HR policies are not employee friendly, managers are stubborn, HR is unreachable and clients are very demanding. - Sometimes you get a new work when your shift is about to be over and then you will be forced to complete it then and there. Your boss will not confront client for this as they are getting money from client. - Incedo is all about the CEO. To verify this, check LinkedIn. Literally all the posts are about CEO and his meeting with leaders. You may not find anything related to employee, their good work etc. Everything is all about CEO and everyone is working to please him. - You will never be given a management role no matter how much time you have spent in the org. They are happy to hire from outside but will never give chance to internal people who are eligible and willing to do.
