Business Outlook
Pros
1. Stress free working environment, flexible working hours 2. Corporate culture very similar to that of Infosys (my former Employer) 3. Easy access to higher management, effective grievances redressal 4. Coworkers are cooperative and very helpful, even in WFH scenario 5. Good Salary package when joining the company (can't comment on salary hikes and promotions)
Cons
1. Learning curve is a bit limited as my project is less challenging 2. Being a front-end developer, tasks assigned are quite repetitive and project speed is quite slow, even after following agile methodology 3. Expecting a good hike in salary after completing an year with the company - not a con as of now ;-)
