Very Irresponsible and Sub-standard Company - Senior Software Engineer Incedo Employee Review

Notice period is 3 months. Every single task in this company is a war, be it getting your laptop upgraded, getting proper access, getting cloud accounts, getting your confirmation letter. No work from home. Management forcing employees to come to office by pointless long journeys No one focuses on the solution here and rather adds to the problems. when multiple departments are involved in any task, this would be an avalanche of troubles. Management has no interest in resolving your issues either. They are just sitting ducks and getting paid heavily for it. There is no proper recruitment process here. People have fake records and are recruited in Incedo. The internal processes are not standardized either. They lack appraisal system, confirmation systems and payroll systems. People are very careless, selfish and rude here.
