Pros
1. The only good thing is, there no process, you can come to office any time and go any time. As long as you get client billing you can do whatever you want. 2. If you are management puppy, you get promotions and salary hike without any burden of proving yourself. 3. Good to pass time in meetings as no one will give you chance to talk, you'll be invited to meeting and you end up listening. 4. You can pass time by doing profile shortlisting for the replacements and taking interviews.
Cons
1. This company has no process and no culture. Bangalore management cannot take any decision without approval from Gurgaon management. 2. This company is purely body shopping, no local projects. All they do is placing people at client locations and get billing. 3. No career growth, you'll be stuck with client project. 4. Meetings go for hours and hours without proper direction and clarity. 5. No HR policies and all cooked up show. 6. Job responsibilities will completely different from whatever they will tell during interview or on first day. Eventually, you will be placed at/on client who will not listen to you.
