Pros
I would like to mention below points: 1. I personally like WFH policy and flexibility in working hour. 2. Management is always reachable and we can discuss our problem. Career path is decided by both of us depending on our interest. 3. We do get opportunity to learn new protocols and technologies. 4. Sometime we do get Variable payouts even more than 100% depending on our performance and Company performance. 5. Here we celebrate Incedo Value day and other festivals. 6. We have got 20-30% hike during last year even more in case of promotions i.e salary revision has been done for every employee. This is the best part why I am here from last many years. 7. Promotions are happening here time to time and we do get recognized for our work. We have RnR ceremony every month. Cons
Every company has some cons but if Management listens to you and try to improve i.e work on that point then I would say that there is no Cons. So here Management always tries to work on the feedback provided by the employees.
