      Pros

      Some of the people are great. You get every other Friday off.

      Cons

      You work 8-6 but mostly have to work late. Slow growth within the company. Bad base and comp structure. There are lots of cliques and it becomes hostile very quick. There is no accountability for am's. The top ones run the whole company.
