      In reality very closed company, no feedback to applications, lack of respect toward candidate.

      Better not working there, selection process sed a clear message i regard to the respect to people

      Pros

      Great pay, and great benefits package. Fast paced culture without any major toxicity compared to other companies. Every company has politics, but there is a culture that values self advocacy, and as long as youre likable and easy to work with, politics does not affect your daily work environment. Good growth opportunities too.

      Cons

      Recently changing management has changed aspects of Incyte that made it family-like and unique. Expect more change as new leadership changes.
