Pros
Nice group of people who are supportive of each other.
Cons
Mild interested in work/life balance, but there is very little done to allow for that. You are expected to work until the job is done. So, after hours, nights, weekends are all fair game to complete work that should not be for one role, but shared across several roles. Lots of folks at the top, who work on new initiatives that are doled out to those getting the work done. Actual workers who are moving studies along have multiple studies and teams where everything is a priority. Same people seem to get promoted every year and there's so many people at the top, that it's near impossible to get a promotion as a middle manager. Most yearly goals are to keep CEO and Leadership Team happy. They are always insane stretch goals that the teams bust their butts so that CEO and Leadership team can get their bonus.
