Every company has politics, but there is a culture that values self advocacy, and as long as youre likable and easy to work with, politics does not affect your daily work environment. Good growth opportunities too.

Recently changing management has changed aspects of Incyte that made it family-like and unique. Expect more change as new leadership changes.
