      Loss of long tenured leadership team members over the last couple years is causing a large influx of new leadership, primarily from big pharma, changing the culture.

      Pros

      Great pay, and great benefits package. Fast paced culture without any major toxicity compared to other companies. Every company has politics, but there is a culture that values self advocacy, and as long as youre likable and easy to work with, politics does not affect your daily work environment. Good growth opportunities too.

      Cons

      Recently changing management has changed aspects of Incyte that made it family-like and unique. Expect more change as new leadership changes.
