Finding people jobs. What a joke if they cannot offer their own people a decent environment to work in. - Finance Indeed Employee Review

Pros

If there were any (perceived) pros of working for Indeed they quickly were forgotten about after I was stabbed in the back by my very inexperienced TL.

Cons

Backstabbing a go go. Very low retention rate of holding on to good people. No careers at Indeed. Only jobs if you can take the BS and unrealistic workload and targets. They are not so cool to work as they claim to be. Indefinite number of holidays a BIG joke. If you want to take two or three weeks off in a row managers refuses. The whole aim of all those free breakfast, sport drinks, snacks and meals is to keep employee in the office as long as possible.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry you didn't have a great experience working in Finance out of our Dublin office. We do provide meals, snacks and drinks to help our employees focus on their jobs and our mission while they're at work. When employees aren't at work, open holidays (paid time off) are one of our most popular benefits, but your workload does dictate when this can happen. We encourage open conversations with the manager and/or the Human Resources business partner if there's an issue with approvals. If you're open to sharing more information, we'd love the opportunity to hear specific details about the workload and management, to address the problem. Please email inside@indeed.com.
