Pros
Free food on both Wednesday and on Friday. Pay is decent especially for incoming A.E's Free beer and drinks on a Friday
Cons
Severe micro management at the Dublin office. Management are very inexperienced at a director level and will interfere constantly so as to be seen to be doing something. Promotions are marketed to employees as an opportunity to progress but really they are worthless. Indeed are very effective at advertising their workplace as one of the best in Dublin. The reality is disconcertingly unpleasant.
