Great to work for a leading company, great products to sell with an evolving product range, strong brand (gives a sense of belonging), great colleagues across all departments, great work/life balance with healthy meals/snacks provided and discounted gym membership, open PTO.
Cons
They change bonus and commission structure quicker than they improve their sales processes, cut on perks to improve profitability, they recently quickly changed from a great company to a good company.
