Pros

Nice people, for most part. Good benefits.

Cons

They treat their clients like crap and are only focused on the job seeker. All their new technology is geared towards a better experience for the job seeker and the clients, well.....that's their problem.

Pros

Sense of community, interesting work, remote environment that everyone is bought into

Cons

Lots of layoffs and reorgs, cross-functional dynamics are very political sometimes, leadership stopped caring about employee wellbeing
