Career opportunities, internal mobility. Great managers, having someone in your team move/be promoted is seen as a positive thing, so they'll help and support you. Great senior leadership, they handled the pandemic situation really well, with weekly Q&A's and keeping people informed at all times. And not only during the pandemic, everyone at Indeed has a clear idea of where the company is going and what our goals are.
Cons
Not all roles are eligible for fully remote work. That's the only thing that comes to mind.
