      Pros

      - inclusive culture and strong emphasis on belonging - sincere care for employees - transparent communication - very good career progression - very good compensation packages - very good work-life balance (12 extra paid days off per year during the pandemic on top of the normal PTO / open PTO policy)

      Cons

      - a bit US centric but this is very common in US based tech companies - and it is being worked on

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
