      1. work life balance - no one will disturb you outside working hour - every month have a company-wise holiday (aka YOUDAY), and you can still arrange your own PTO (usually 25 but no limitation) 2. great benefits - free breakfast and lunch buffet - free bread and afternoon tea 3. transparent promotion rules

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
