Nice co-workers. the job itself is not boring (when you're left alone long enough to do it). cool mission statement.
Cons
C level sales leader is young, but a very old school sales bro type. lacks empathy. lacks understanding of how to create a modern post-pandemic sales culture. seems to be using unrealistic quotas and PIPs to reduce costs instead of doing another round of layoffs. no one hired during the pandemic has reached senior account executive in this office so whatever base you're hired at will be your base for a very long time.
