Pros
- Working here doesn't feel like typical soul-sucking corporate America. The people here are really more than your coworkers. Leave the small talk about the weather at your previous employer. Here, your coworkers actually enjoy each other. Managers are down to earth, kind, and understanding. - Perks (free lunch, coffee, snacks, PTO) are nice.
Cons
- Pay is on the lower side because they know they can keep you happy with all the additional perks. - Upper Management (C-suite) really stunk up the ship in the past 2 years. There's a rapidly growing distain and distrust for SLT. Their actions have lost a lot of people's trust
