      Great mission, excellent benefits, lots of flexibility

      Cons

      Increasing focus on monetization. It’s become more difficult to get things done. Lots of thrash - it’s unclear if leadership has a plan they can stick to for more than 6 months.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.
