Pros
Extremely bright, talented, very hard working coworkers were a major plus. The marketing communications division managed tough schedules and a constant flood of projects in a fluid, collaborative manner. Individual contributions were taken seriously by the team as whole and a constant exchange of ideas made for a stimulating work experience. Strong communications training program supplied in depth, ongoing support for developing skills.
Cons
Company wide, departments function in a splintered, isolated manner; cross departmental communication was often confusing or just down right antagonistic. Poor retention; I had four managers in less than two years and disgruntled folks were dropping off left and right.
