      Customer Service, community oriented friendly, stepping stone to the financial industry

      Cons

      Lack of communication, pay and need better benefits with high deductible. Policy and procedures are out dated. No growth opportunities.

      Everyone is very friendly and helping

      Cons

      Company is very "stingy"; outdated programs, not enough staff. Company also has high employee turn over rate. I would not recommend someone young to work there.
