Pros
Many of the people are kind, collaborative, and willing to help one another. There was flexibility with remote work, and the hybrid schedule offered some balance. For employees based in New Jersey, the in-office lunches were a nice perk.
Cons
The biggest challenge was leadership. There seemed to be a disconnect between executive decision-making and day-to-day realities, and experienced employees were not always trusted or empowered to do their jobs.
