Pros
Great work environment and the people I work with make it enjoyable to come to work. Not to mention you get access to free software :)
Cons
Yes this is higher education and they are not known to be comparable to salary ranges of the private sector, unfortunately they are about 15-20% less. However this is made up in the benefits we receive such as retirement and health care.
