      Pros

      University of Indiana is a beautiful campus in a beautiful small town. It is a good fit for families, and has great dining opportunities, as well as decent grocery stores. The University seems to value it's employees, for the most part.

      Cons

      Watch out for 'lecturer' positions. They are very unstable and tenuous, with no real chance of advancement.

      Didn’t train me on programs and procedures, then refused to hire me on full time due to my not knowing programs and procedures.
