      Pros

      Great benefits, I got lots of time off and excellent health care. Tuition reimbursement was great but had to jump through lots of hoops.

      Cons

      Even if you love your job, you cannot get a raise, they hardly ever promote you, so you have to wait to find another job thats higher paying.

      Amazing role fun to be part of the team that helps students.

      Requires active communication at all times which can be a little difficult to do with students who don't want to speak up.

      Didn’t train me on programs and procedures, then refused to hire me on full time due to my not knowing programs and procedures.
